Chef´s Lecture Series
Handwashingforlife is conducting lectures for leading Chef´s Schools throughout South Africa. These 90 minute presentations cover the major foodborne pathogens, why they are becoming a bigger problem in South Africa and what the chef can do to protect kitchen, his employees and his customers from cross contamination. Recent presentations have been completed for: The South African Chefs Academy in Cape Town and Prue Leith in Pretoria.
